Amazing. Nice write up. I think I would just buy a new truck at that point. Murphy's law says someone down the line will re-flash that truck and never be able to get it right again.

Does anyone know if the turn signal of the DL3 mirrors will work with the hard wired switch ? I'm not interested in the power fold part. Just the signal, heat and power adjust. I've asked on other forums and get 50/50 yes and no. Was hoping someone here might have done it. Thanks for any help !

Plug it into the existing wiring for the oem mirrors and signals will work perfectly.

Thanks ! Forgot to mention it's a 09. Does that make a difference ? Like this thread, I've seen that it's possible on other model years. I asked dealership same question and they said it can't be done. Just trying to avoid buying them and have them not work. Thanks for the help !

Most dealership guys are chicken if it's not factory they wont touch it. Dont blame them considering they are getting paid commission.

ok replaced both door switches and both mirrors fold, both puddle lights and turn signals work, also heat works, but heres a little bugger, passenger mirror will not udjust up and down, left and right side work, also when i open the door interior light doesnt light either door. if i remove key light will come on. didnt replace or add any wiring harness. so i guess my next step is to go and have the bcm programed.
