Default 3/5 drop on stock 17's

Will stock 265/70/17's on stock rims rub on a short crew 4x4 with a 3/5 drop. It will be a while until I can do 20's but dont want to destroy my fenders and tires in the meantime if I they are going to rub.

Thanks

YEs,you should be fine. im on a 4/7 drop on 275/55/20 which is 31.9'' tall
The 265/70/17 is about 31.6" tall. so on a 3/5 you should have plenty of clearance.
my tires only touch the fenders at full lock and on BIG dips.

My drop is about 3/4ish, and the front tires would rub the heavy mud flaps pretty bad, and barely touch the plastic inner fenderwells. The mudflaps would touch when you turned halfway, but not when you turned all the way. Made a really annoying noise, especially when you were turning in revers. If you don't have mudflaps, you're fine. If you do, just trim them down close to the mounting screws.

nice that's what I wanted to hear. I've been warned about a 3/5 on a 4x4 but mine is a street driver and not beaten on. If I have problems I can always go back up to a 2/4.

These trucks just sit so damm high a 2/4 i dont think will be quite low enough to tell it has even been lowered.

You should be fine.

I'm 4/7 on Tahoe 18s and don't come close to rubbing any time.

I guess this is 3 in the front and 4.5-4.75 in the back. There's another inch of adjustment in the back that I'm gonna use when I have time.
