2012 silverado ccsb 2wd driveline issues

With the angle of my transmission and drive shaft I would have to shim my axle to where the pinion is pointing up to have proper geometry, but in no circumstances is it ok to for the pinion to angle up, so to be correct I have to change the angle at the transmission

So I finally drove my truck last night, and low and behold, it still has the vibration between 50-60, the upshift vibration, i would say there might still be a little, but it still bugs me that its still there......

thinking about this... how fast are you accelerating? You are in V8 mode for sure then? It's not in V4 mode then switches to V8 mode? That may be the shudder...
Because my truck would shudder when decelerating, around 15mph... it was my truck going from v4 mode back to v8 mode...

update......like the previous post, the truck is still doing it, except the driveline vibration seems to be corrected, the issue my service writer said they picked up with the eva-2, gm's vibration diag. tool, is that its coming from the wheels, so they recommended i have the tires rebalanced, that was done and the 2 left tires were at 0, and the right ones were .5oz off and .75 respectively, and after that it feels exactly the same, I'm stumped with this truck, it just hit 8k miles, i might just try another dealer and see what happens, or what do you guys think i should do, any help or opinions would be greatly appreciated.....

Well it could still be coming from the tires. If the tires have broken belts in them they will still ballance out but still vibrate. As I said above, my buddy got a new road balance tire machine so we balanced mine to 0 on all 4 and still have the same until I found out one guy had the dealer out on new tires n it went away. From what iv searched, Chevy had a bad batch of tires. Try to get new tires outta them.

driveshaft exploded and tailhousing is busted on the end, has me wondering if warranty will still cover it since its lowered....

Hey its still worth a shot, you never know what they'll cover without asking, and today had the truck road force balanced, at another dealer, and they say that the tires are ok and that the tech didn't feel any vibration, but the writer and shop foreman are going to drive it and see if they feel it....

Bend over put michelins on it and call it a day. My truck had the same problem from day one. Drove it to discount tire the second day I owned it with 85 miles on it they put a set of LTX MS2's 20's on it and it's been perfect. Stock tires suck
