is there a kit to convert it to a 2 piece? I would definitely be interested in something like that. One thing i dislike about gm is they take one step forward, and then two steps back with things like this, im pretty sure it was just for cost savings.......

I have the same thing in my '11 ecsb. On cruise control at 70mph I get a vibration and will stay for as long as I'm cruising. Goes away on hard accel and decel but at constant cruising speed I get it. One word I got and one guy fixed his was with new tires. Guess Chevy had a bad batch of tires with broken belts on the inside so they put new tires on and his went away. So after that I noticed my sidewalks has small bulges in it to where u can only notice it with the sun hitting it right then u can catch small shadows of it. However I won't know till I change tires and that won't be for a while and with 22,000 miles on truck the dealer will say its a wear item n pay for it.

mine only does, or did it, between 50-60 cruising, and a nice shudder between the 1-2 shift, I haven't driven it since it came out of the dealer, but I'll keep you guys updated and see if it still does it....

I have figured mine out I believe, just have not figured out if I can fix it. I am going to try in the next couple of days, but my transmission is pointing down which is causing the drive line to be level maybe even pointing up alittle. Ideally from the reading I have done your transmission should be horizontal with the ground which would solve my issues. I just do not yet know if I can raise it high enough to make it right. Heres generic picture for reference.
