The tabs on my 11 face out. Only visible number on the sticker is 12609746, so that part is probably no help to you, but the tabs face away from the intake.

That matches what's on my crew and the 2012 Sierra Denali I looked at this AM. There's actually two numbers on it #12609746 that's easily visible from the side & #12621664 that's a little less apparent.

Boober has a spare one in hand and is going to hook me up so we can get past this hurdle.

Hopefully have it good to go over the next two weeks.

That makes sense; I looked everywhere and determined that the other number likely needed a mirror to view. Keep us posted.
