09 + CTS-V converter????
I was wondering what converter does the cts-v have in the 6l90e? i was talking to a buddy and he mentioned the cts-v conerter for us 6L80E guys with a gmt900 anybody try this or is thinking this? would it work?

is the v convertor looser? i know the vette ones are pretty tight. the only thing on our side is the weight difference to force it to be a bit looser in the truck app. however, the torque difference is in favor of the v.

Call chris @ circle d. I know you cant use the vette converter at all. Id think the cts-v has the same bolt pattern/snout as the camaro SS/G8 but i dont have any info to back that up. If they are the same just a smaller size then i know it'll work in the truck

I just picked mine up from the dealer today to put in my turbo 2010 sierra. Hopefully I'll install it this weekend or next.

In for results on this....

I installed it today. All was well, but after about 100 miles of driving, I've developed a whining noise. The truck runs, drives, shifts and locks up perfectly. Gonna have to do some noise diagnoses tomorrow

Any update
