***procharger 6.2***

Im bought a procharger
Going to push 8lbs boost

I have all bolt ons
Made just a lil shy of 380rwhp
And 400tq ... With bolt ons
Stock cat back

13.7 @ 101mph
Stock 20s
3.42

Truck weights 6200lbs

Now put 8lbs boost
May go 10lbs
What rwhp
560wrhp? 8lbs
580 10lbs
12.4@ 112mph

I m guessing anyone have this setup?

Will be pulling a 7,000lb boat
Would a procharger be better for. Towing rather than a Maggie ?

Does anyone on here run a procharger

I was always told that for towing the roots style blowers are betting (maggie)

Pro charger is more for top end horsepower

In terms of power estimates I can't help you, I would think you'd be in the 550 range for sure on 8-10lbs.

Let us know how it goes

Id think the magnacharger would be better for towing because it has the low end torque.

the procharger is fine for what you're going to do. look up the gmhpt mag article about them, and doing some wastegate work with a boost controller.

make sure it's a d1sc
:)
