Will a 03+ bed bolt up to a 99-02 frame?

I think the answer is yes but I wanna make sure.

I think I'm gonna need a bed when I start fixing it up and wanted to keep an eye out for a used one.

Mine used to have a toolbox on it. I guess it was too heavy and actually ripped the front wall. It's torn apart on each side about 3/4 the way down. I'm not sure if this is fixable but I'm just making sure if its not.

There was a TSB about that happening on the early GMT800's, there were/are support braces available...
