Default Weird sound from my front left tire?

Ever since I got my truck, it's made a rubbing sound from the front left tire when driving at low speeds and turning to the left, such as when driving in a parking lot. It sounds like the tire rubbing, but it isn't. The sounds seems to happen once a revolution of the tire.

After 5 years, it suddenly got worse. Now it happens sometimes when just driving straight, and at highway speeds too occasionally. It still seems to occur once per revolution of the tire. I've checked the tires and they have no rubs and no defects in the tread. It's definitely not the tire.

Anyone else experience this? What could it be? Wheel bearing? Something else? Any ideas? Thanks.
