Waht all is needed to run 05 tahoe rear brakes on a 99 sierra?

My 99 sierra is in need of some brakes. I'm wondering what all is needed to run the dual piston rear brakes from the Tahoe/yukons? I've found the power stop kit and would just order that if all I need is a new caliper bracket. The e-brake doesn't matter, my truck is bagged (yeah I know not the most popular here), so my ebrakes are long gone for the sake of being low.

Heres the kit in question More Information for POWER STOP KC2046

And since pics always help heres the truck. Beds pulled off for some other work. Figured I'd knock out the brakes while they are out in the open.

And from what I've been reading the 06-07 nbs front brakes bolt right on? No mods needed if you get the caliper, rotor, and pads?
