Mock them up on the truck and see how it looks! I like how clean they are designed, however if they are brand new, I feel like if you can find a buyer you can make some money on that deal as you paid so little for them.

I paid $850, which got me these 20" GMC takeoffs with tires, lugs, and locks. They are sort of a similar design.
