any one got any pics of tachs mounted in their trucks?? thinkin pullin my 5 inch recall tach out of my dirt track car to put in my truck..

Did the factory forget to put a tach in your gauge cluster?

i never had one..just has 6 white dots..dunno why mine didnt come with one...


yes i have one but since im turnin over 6000 rpm..id like to know what rpms its actually hitting and i was just wondering if any one had mounted a tach in there truck..

I have a 2 1/16" tach that I had mounted in my sten. But I didn't take any pictures of it. From the AutoMeter website:



I got it small so I could mount it on the pillar with my air/fuel. ...and I wanted it somewhat incognito.

This setup was years ago, but you can see what tach and where I had it mounted. Damn, gotta love the FLAME GAUGES and the old interior. LOL. Damn, I even had the stock seats back then.
Oh, yeah, this tach had the memory recall on it as well. I really liked that feature to make sure it was shifting where it was supposed to be.
