Rear end and disc brakes.

Hi all, I have a 95 c/k1500 Cheyenne 5.7L TBI 4L60E I believe is the trans. I was wondering if there are any bolt in options for rear with disc brakes. If not are there any conversion kits? Basically I'm looking for rear end options. Intended use for said truck is for lack of a better term performance oriented street truck/cruiser I can take to shows and meets but still have fun with.

I just did a conversion this weekend. Well worth it IMO. I also the the OBS to NBS master cylinder swap at the same time. I use the Little Shop conversion kit because it did not require pulling the axles. I did have to cut off the drum backing plates but a 4" cut off made quick work of that.
