Default Rear Drum-to-disk conversion

2005 Silverado 4.8 base, looking to swap to disks in the rear, I cant seem to find the person or company that sells the bracket that allows tahoe factory rear disks to mount to the axle.
Can anyone help me out?

I wish I could find someone near me looking to do this. I'd trade rears in a heartbeat.

It is 1320wheels.

However, I believe you lose your parking brake.

I did the swap on my 06 1500 before I sold it. Its pretty simple if you find the right donor parts. I got a rear end off of an 03 silverado. You have to remove the axle shafts on the disc brake rear end and unbolt the backing plates. Then you do the same process on your drum brake rear end, and bolt on the disc brake backing plates. The axle shafts were the same for both rear ends so no need to swap there. The rear end I bought came without any brake components, I went to oreillys and bought the dual piston suburban calipers, brackets and rotors (were cheaper than junkyard and came with warranty) You will also need the brake hoses for the suburban. The only thing that was a pain was modifying the rear brake hard line. You have to get the fittings off the hard lines that screw into the disc brake hoses out on the end of the axle from the donor rear end. You then have to cut your drum brake rear ends hard lines, install the fittings, then double flare the end so everything mates up to the disc brake hoses. That was the only hard part of the whole swap. My donor came with the hard lines etc. still attached.
