Question Procharged 5.3 need help!

Well I've had the procharger on the truck for almost two years haven't had many problems with the setup besides high AIT so got a new intercooler and eliminated the rubber elbows.

The problems i'm having started two weeks ago when a limb fell and messed up a few things so went to body shop and when i got it back they said i need to check my battery because it kept going dead. (dual battery set up) well the next day the truck started idling rough and over the next couple of days got worst to where it would stall when backing up or idling for a few minutes.

started checking stuff and found my main battery was completely dead (optima yellow top) so swapped it to one battery and seemed fine rest of day until following morning same thing rough idle stalling.

so started cleaning and inspecting
-found a hole in my filter
-tb had build up
-maf had trash and found pieces of metal, and bent in a few places
-intercooler (very interesting found where metal came from the fab. guy who built my set up set two washers inside the pipe and forgot them so the started shooting around in end tank and started chewing up intercooler fins)
-procharger everything was good rebuilt few months ago
-belt slipping and squeaking changed it.
-while tightening intercooler piping screw driver touched alternator and big spark. battery light on and voltage drop to 13.5
-checked fuses
-then on top of all that found a header gasket leak (pacesetter lt's)

so now has a random rough idle and stalling and low voltage and battery light. I need help

Wow, sounds like a whole lotta bad luck all at once.

Sounds like you have something drawing current while the truck is off.

I would start by checking anything aftermarket you have wired up.

Let us know what you find.

What exactley was repaired when the branch fell on your truck? Wonder if any wiring got knicked by the repair.

Also sounds like you have a bad *** setup!

Any DTC's when the truck idles rough? What is your Idle fuel PSi ??

at the body shop they repainted the hood, driver fender, roof, and replaced windshield. took it to a shop and they said the headers where leaking worse than i thought had severe leaks through out the whole system.

no codes or code history on computer

i keep getting different answers on the power situation some say the computer is bad and others says it a bad wire and others say its a bad diode in the alternator (brand new)
weird thing is i stays at 13.5 no matter what even if everything's on? its always been between 14-15.
should the battery light show up on a dtc scanner its not showing anything when we hooked it up to read it!

replaced header gaskets today
tuner is suppose to hook up to it after rest of exhaust is fixed and do more logs to see whats going on.
