i have the dark green metallic its an 01 silverado

im assuming when they ask for a paint code it is some letters and/or numbers and not just a color name

It should be the same place on yours as it is on mine. go to the passenger side and open the glove box. On the inside of the glove box door there should be all your codes for the truck. At the bottom, there will be a BC/CC--stands for basecoat/clearcoat, then a letter/number code. IE mine was U851K I believe. This is the code. Most will start with a U, if its a 2 tone then it will start with some other Letter. I read this the other day on another site somewhere. Hope this helps.

Didn't the Denali come in the dark green color for a few years? Can't remember if the Denali's had painted handles or not
