I use CRC products daily, its good stuff. but they do require maintenance, about once a year, clean the slides and lubricate. they'll never seize up again!

with your nbs, could you still fit 16" wheels with this?

Update on this:

Drove the truck and to my utter dismay I had abysmal braking. Like no braking at all until 3/4 pedal and very spongy pedal. Not safe to drive.

I rebleed the brakes again (using motive pressure bleeder 15-17 psi) and find still terrible brakes. Then I notice while bleeding the brakes and cracking the bleeder screw fluid leaking around the threads of the screw. Also, it had quite wobbly engagement. So I took the old bleeder screws out of my old calipers and put them in the Nnbs calipers and rebleed the brakes again. Now I have better brakes, safe to drive, but no better than my old worn out 184k brakes. I'm kind of at a loss honestly. Hydroboost and Nnbs brakes should be pretty terrific. I'm wondering if my old stock rubber lines are to blame. Maybe there's air in the abs module? I don't want to keep throwing money on this thing without a good diagnosis.

Most likely you still have air in the lines. But at that mileage it's possible the Master is also worn out.

Automated brake bleed procedure should also be performed.

if it is any consolation, I was never impressed with the breaking of my NNBS truck, always felt sloppy. The 2014 is a little better, still pretty mushy though. My 01 rcsb with hawk pads and good rotors all around was the best I've felt in a truck.
