Default New Nissan Titan truck performance

Hey anyone seen info on the new Nissan Titan fullsize truck? 5.6L V8 345 hp ? tq. DOHC

Anyway the interior and exterior are pretty ill looking and I still love my chevy BUT after reading the newest Car and Driver test of this truck Im impressed!

The Titan with the 5.6L V8 and a QUAD Cab setup ran 0-60 in 6.9 seconds and the quarter in 15.4 @ 91mph. Thats pretty quick especially when considering this model tested is the heaviest with its quad cab setup. I think an extended cab could probably run low 15's easy.

Of course despite these impressive numbers there will probably be little aftermarket support, or at least nothing close to what Chevy's have.

i'm thinking the same thing, little aftermarket for those trucks. Aren't the price tags up there as well for the titan and tundra?

Yea Im sure the Titan is probably not cheap, not that a loaded GMC is either.

Hey Blownchevy you are really going Magnacharger crazy huh!?

I am planning to pick up an engagement ring for my gfriend VERY soon. Once thats done maybe the supercharger will happen. Of course I also need to pay of my $5K credit card bill too! To be honest I wouldnt expect getting a supercharger until my credit card bill is mostly paid off.

I also need to repair the blown bearing on my honda turbo. Its sometimes hard for me to remember that I bought the truck to tow my honda!

Hey Brian how did you put one of those magnacharger things in your sig? Let me know cuz Im down to advertise for ya too.
