Need a new Radiator again :( suggestions

New (two years old) 34" china radiator is leaking at the tank :disgust:

About to pull the trigger on the Mishimoto 3 core for $557 plus tax... talk me out of it?

I want to get away from the plastic tank single core any suggestions on a multi core aluminum?

Noticed a little coolant on the floor once in awhile. Looks like the tank is leaking right at the e-fans 90 plastic degree elbow. It was real green wet in this area... not so much when I snapped the pic but it is leaking.

I run an all aluminum parallel flow radiator from Cold Case with a well shrouded pair of E-fans and a port for the steam vent line coming out of the engine. This is a two-core radiator but the internal tubes are all 1.25 inches wide (overall thickness still about three inches) and I paid about $600 USD a few years ago. I'd call them up and see what they have for your application - take a few measurements before you call.

No complaints here and it cools things nicely in the hot Louisiana summers.

Thanks for the Cold Case review Bombardier. I ran across them last night and have the GMT570A radiator on my final list. The 34" lists for $385.90

won't be cheap, but you could look into Ron Davis & DeWitts
we ended up going with an AC Delco for the H3 a couple weeks ago - but that was because the only options were guaranteed-to-fail aluminum units for the same price or $600-900 for a good aluminum one at stock power levels... not a lot of competition in the hummer market

Are all OEM ones plastic?

I’ve checked on the RD radiator, w/o oil coolers + shroud/fans $1482 and 6-1/2 weeks out whenI had inquired a bit back. P/N 11-16CT040

Thinking about the Mishimoto's near $600 price tag and their site having an issue processing my credit card... I came to my senses and ordered the Cold Case GMT570A. With a $10 off coupon I payed $385.09 shipped with no credit card processing issues. May as well install a 180* thermostat since the coolant will be drained. Picked up a couple gallons of Prestone green and two gallons of distilled water too.

Definitely post how you like the Cold Case, I have a Mishimoto but wasn't overly impressed with the radiator. I do like their silicon hoses tho!
