MILD CAM #'s for stock set up

i WANT to know what would be a 'MILD' cam upgrade from stock . I want a drivable cam . I like torque too . HELL I LIVE FOR TORQUE.

Comp 212/218 low lift or something like a 215/215 ISKY from Stock48.
