It's worth what someone is willing to pay, to put it that way.
Being modded, that can either push people away or make someone really want it because of what's done to it.
If it's a clean/straight truck with good paint, do the KBB on it for that. Then add value for your mods if you want too, go higher than you think you could sell it for and take a lesser offer if it's good enough for you.
I have no idea what I'd be willing to pay without vehicle history, clean title information and some pictures.
