How often do you flush/replace the Radiator Coolant?

Like the title says, how often should this be done.

Thanks

I think the new stuff is rated to like 100K miles. I wouldn't bother with it until 50K at the earliest.

I do it every 2 to 3 years. I run my truck hard during the summer and it sits in the garage during the winter.

Do you need to put in those disolving tablets? My father was told he needed to with his 97 suburban...

you dont need them, but on a 97 I would put 2 or 3 in if you have some but if not I wouldnt sweat it...

You shoulden't need the pellets unless you are experiancing a small to moderate leak. If you need them this is the GM part # 3634621
