I have 229,000 on my 2006 v8 5.3 extended cab with everything original except for fuel pump.
i changed it out at 211,000 just because I didn't want it to go out on me on the road
Full synthetic oil every 4 months.
I pull a 35 foot travel trailer every month for camping.
Wish it had more strength but it gets the job done

Just rolled over the 200k mile mark no more than a month ago in my 2000. Still run pretty good through the factory trans. Most recent work on it was rebuilding the rear end after busting a few spider gears in the factory open diff lol.

02 Suburban purchased new has 249k, driven daily ~30mi. Basic maintenence aside, the only item needing replacement is the A/C

01 Z71 purchased used just rolled 284k, also driven ~30mi daily. I dont know much of the history but the drivetrain (what I've seen of it) appears stock down to the plastic pieces placed in the upper a-arm bolts at the factory. The body, on the other hand, I swear I find more bondo every time I wash it

130K on my '02 that I've had since '03. Rebuilt rear end at 48K, and a rebuilt tranny at 110K, but no other major issues. Starter just went out, so I need to put a new one in, but I'm planning on long tubes, electric fans, and a tune by this summer....love this truck!

03 Sierra that has 122k. 2 water pumps, alt, and rear-end rebuild is what has been done for it along the way. I added lt headers, e-fans, vet servo, and a tune.

The vette servo is easy and cheap.
The e-fans are if you can get them at the junk yard so you can take the fans, radiator, and relay.
Hp tuners is great, set up the trans to shift quicker and firm, reduce or eliminate torque control and tune.
Speed engineering headers a little bottom end not much but I love the sound.
Working on doing a small cam, and gears because I have 3.42 now.
