Default Heater box differences

I have a 2004 loaded ecsb. I got rid of all the a/c parts in the engine compartment up to the empty connections on the firewall. I got rid of the ducting in the center console for the rear ac. I plan on pulling the rear floor heat ducting too. What I am wondering is if I can swap in a heat only box from a a/c delete work truck, and if there is much size difference between it and what I have.

Thanks,
Josh

Apples to oranges by a long shot, but I added AC to a heat only ‘85 toyota truck. The HVAC box has the spot for the evap core already.

Knowing gm, I would guess their HVAC box is built the same way
