Default Ford SVT Sport Trac

# supercharged, 390-hp V-8 paired with SVT's first six-speed automatic and all-wheel-drive
# Four-wheel independent suspension for balanced dynamics
To debut in 2007, I guess this is the successor for the L? I don't much like the current Sport Tracs, but at ~4000 Lbs, this thing will move.

With Ford coming out with vehicles like this it makes it harder and harder to stay brand loyal when GM gives us nothing cool.

POS won't happen. The ExploderTrac frame/body is due for an overhaul. No way thet thing will hit the market the way it is. I don't care what those article say. Now they may do something, but I just don't believe they will use that. Been a lot of reports it will be to expensive to manufacture.

the one in the picture looks like it is an overhaul of the current one, or did they just make the current look a little better?

Trailblazer SS in 06. Almost looks like ford is kind of trying to copy GM here.
Quick specs:
6.0L LS2
391 HP
395 TQ
AWD or RWD
4L70-E tranny

I believe it mentioned in one of the articles that it is based on the next-gen Explorer/Sport Trac platform...remember, it is to debut in '07. I don't see how it could be THAT expensive to manufacture, seeing as they're using the Cobra engine and Navigator tranny, on the Explorer platform (I think ).
