gee whiz i have a life you know.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...i/MVC-831S.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...i/MVC-830S.jpg i drilled a small hole in the bracket that is mounted to the rear doors. then into the door itself and inserted a screw threw them.1/2 a turn was all i needed. |
Very nice. I'll have to give it a go.
Thanks. |
this is the third truck i have done it on and it has worked perfect.

How hard is it to separate the latch assembly from the glass? id think a little rubber washer between the "button" on the outside and the glass would have it pull tighter?
|
there is just a slotted arm that holds it in. pop it out and drill the little hole. leave the button on the window alone.
|
thanks for the pics denali, have you tried self-tapping screws I wonder if those would be a good way to go?
