Coolant leak?
Jacked my truck up today to install some longtubes and once I got it up on jack stands I got a nice steady drip of coolant. I know it's not from my magnacharger because that has dexcool in it, coolant in the truck is green. The truck is a 2000 Silverado 2wd ecsb with a lq4, Maggie mp112. Any ideas? I haven't noticed the truck loosing any coolant prior to this.

Can you tell if its coming from the engine area or radiator area?

Back of the engine as far as I can tell.

Back of the engine could be the crossover steam pipe

Do you have to pull the intake to change the seals on the crossover pipe in the rear? And if so can I use a stock intake gasket with a magnacharger mp112? Looking with a mirror it is the drivers side where the pipe goes into the block.

I would plan on pulling the maggie and replacing the intake gasket along with any seals on the steam pipes. Shouldn't be a terrible job on a truck. If you had a Fbody I could imagine you'd be punching yourself in the face, though. That would be a chore. :)

I think it can be done with out pulling the blower. But yes Maggie's use a stock intake gasket
