Need more info brother...what kind of truck (rcsb, ecsb, etc.), how do you intend to use it (track truck, daily driver, tow rig), what gears will you be running, are you willing to run a higher stall converter, and if so, how big?, RPM range, etc. The cam choice could range from a very mild 212/218 .53x/.53x to a nice wild 238/242 .61x/.61x ...it all depends on how you intend to use the truck and what supporting mods you will have.
Also, search the GM Engine and Exhaust Performance and Internal Engine Modifications sections for "6.0 cam" and/or "LQ9 cam" and you'll find a plethora of options

Like bud said. What for? For a tow vehicle 214/220 may be a good start. For a performance dd truck a 226/230 may be better. For a race truck a 252/260 may be what you're looking for
I had a rcsb z-71 that I daily drove and was a toy I ran a custom 223/226 with a 3200 stall converter and it ran 12.8s. Had I had a 2wd that would have been about a 12.3. Had I had a 2wd or never used my 4wd I would have gon 227/230 probably but it all depends what you want out of your truck, hears, converter, weight etc

Im sure a few here are more than happy to offer suggestions. Myself included, but still need to know a little more about your truck.
What is primary use going to be
do you ever tow with it
what is configuration (rc, ex, cc, 2wd, 4wd, awd)
what is your idea of daily driveable, and is the truck going to be a daily driver
(what I was happy with daily driving, my roomate hated driving except to play)
what gears do you have?
when you say bolt-ons what all does that include? Long tubes, full exhaust?? Catalytic converters?
My Z-71 in my sig was 5000lb, had a LQ4, tuned, e-fans, Long tubes ORY, 223/226 custom cam, 4.10 gears, and a 3200 stall. Best time was 12.86@101. It was a daily driver
My plans with my 99 while the 4.8 is in include LT's ORY, fans, tune, 3.90's right now it has a Trailblazer I6 converter but I may go to a 3000-3200 when I go to a bigger cam (planning a 220/220)
If I drop my 6.0 in it, Im planning somewhere in the 226/230 range, but not decided. If I end up building a 408, I have no idea what Im gonna do cam wise.
In all honesty, your best bet is probably going to be call a cam company and tell them what you want out of your truck and let them spec you a cam.
If youre like me and just too damn stubborn for that, a lot of people have had great luck with cams in the 224 range

OK reading comprehension > me. I just saw that youre 4dr.
If it were me (I may do this once my CC gets some more miles on it) and I was going 6.0, Id do
Circle D 3000-3200 stall
243 heads
222/226 cam
tune
LTs ORY
CAI
4.10 gears
I have the tune, exhaust, and heads right now on my 4.8, but I havent decided to tear into the engine yet
