Default A/C condenser uninstall/reinstall

I'm taking out the stock a/c condenser and replacing it with the same stocker one (no ambluance package or anything)... stock one had a hole in it, tried to patch it up, end result being no a/c throughout the summer... and now that i have a little bit of money i'm gonna go ahead and get a new condenser... any tips on taking this off and putting the new one on? i think its pretty self explaintory.. i might just do a write up for the hell of it too if there isnt one already.

also, I found it for $128.65 before shipping... i think thats the cheapest, correct me if im wrong. (#10358952)

you have to discharge the a/c system before you take it off. where did you find it for at that price. the cheapest i can get it for is 183.85

u sir are correct you probably do not have any 134a in your system. take it out and replace it all you need is some wrenches. alot of times you can pull the rad back enought to squeez the condinser out. when it gets recharged make sure they add a little oil. it will not be much because the condinser does not hold much.

yea just normal tools im pretty sure. its prob. got some o-rings on the lines you might as well replace them while you got it out. they are only a couple bucks each. call around and see how much people charge to recharge a/c systems. if its alot you might save some money by riding down and we do it here.
