GMT900 front upgrade, stock rear calipers from my 02 Denali, R1 concepts high carbon slotted rotors all around, Hawks LTS pads on all 4 as well & goodridge ss lines. Pads dust like mad, but overall I have impressive stopping power and good pedal feel when bled well. Scared plenty of passengers with how late I can brake. Hydroboost is on the list but Im satisfied for now.

On an 01 NBS, when switching to the 07 Tahoe brakes, will the stock length brake hoses be the correct length? Planning on replacing all hoses with braided.

Stock 2002 hoses work on 2007 calipers.

Dragging this back up, I see the 07 tahoe caliper are bolt on, is that with the 07 tahoe bridge or can the 07 caliper be bolted to a 99-02 bridge?

Has anybody on here installed 2019+ front brakes? 13.5" rotors and 4 piston calipers. Apparently it's basically bolt on...

Yep, I did it at the end of January....I didn't really feel a big improvement on braking for day to day driving, however, I did have to do an emergency stop on the highway one day, that's where they really shined. If my daughter didn't have her seat belt on, it would have put her thru the windshield(or at least cracked it). I order the powerstop kit from rockauto for my pads and rotors, the rotors actually measured 14" but still worked. Everything bolted up just fine. We had to mix and match spacers, i don't remember the measurements we ended up with but it worked. I'll eventually pull the spacers out and measure and make my own one piece spacer. I also have the Tahoe rear brakes on my truck too.....I have a lot more whoa than go now.

Any chance you know if 18s work with those brakes?

I can't say for sure but I have Silverado ss 20s, there is still a ton of space on the OD of the caliper, the outside, or street facing side of the caliper still has about an inch and a half clearance.
