Default best highway tires for 03 Yukon?

anyone help me out? the stockers are finally starting to wear down. i dont need to buy them right away so i am looking. these stock ones (junky firestones) have lasted 47K miles but i am just not one to risk stretching them out too much farther. what should i look for? not offroading and not puling anythign heavy. just highway use and looking fo quiet ride. live in FL so no snow.

I ran Bridgestone Dueler H/L's for ~55K on my Silverado. Super quiet, responsive, etc.
I got a deal on my current set of Firestone's and have been hating them for the past 11K

I can't complain about my BF All-terrain KOs, I have like 40k on them and the look like I could get another 40k..

Had the Dueler H/L's on all my old trucks. Never a complaint.

Michelin LTX M/S, will go for over 100K miles, quiet, safe, great wear, can't go wrong.

Michelin LTX M/S are the best. They are more expensive but if you have the ability to feel/see the difference (weight, sidewall stength, etc..) compared to lets say a goodyear tire of the same size, you wont even think twice.

arent the LT tires a heavier load stiffer sidewall tire? thus resulting in a stiffer ride? just wondering. i have always heard michelins are the best and am leaning that way. where do you guys recomend i buy a set? tire rack?

and how in the world do they last 100K miles???
