Default bad hydroboost?

I'm having some problems with my power steering on my truck. I was wondering if somehow my hydroboost has a internal leak that is causing my power steering to not get enough fluid to work correctly.

I should probably also say that my booster does have a very slight leak and sometimes my pedal feels low when I hit the brakes. Aside from the small leak I'm thinking it could be the power steering pump too but I replaced the pump not that many miles ago.

Anyone have any experience with a bad hydroboost brake booster?
