Like what do you have now? 3.73? Wouldn't even waste my time with 4.10... go 4.30 or 4.56 and don't look back.

4.56 x2

That gets you to 135ish at 6500rpm in 3rd gear if racing the quarter mile and 3500rpm at 73mph for highway cruising.

Rim size is not an issue for gearing, it is overall tire diameter that’s affects gearing.
And if your only smoking one tire, it’s very good that the G80 is busted.

I run 4.56’s in my truck with 28-30” tires (street/drag) and cruise on the highway at about 2800-3000 at 70mph +

i've got 4.30s with 33"s & like them, but mine's also a stick-shift with a bit lower trans gearing than your 4L65, so you'd be close to that with 4.56s (and 4.30s are more expensive because Motive's about the only one making them for us).

it lugs a lot less now than my stock 3.73s & has no problem accelerating in overdrive. and throw a TrueTrac in there while it's open.

Ive had 3.73, 4.10, and 4.30 with 31 inch tall 22s. I like the 4.10 best out of the 3.
