Default 2004 silverado 5v refference

what wire do In need to tap into to get a 5v refference from the tb harness? I'm trying to get a meth kit installed and I'm haveing trouble getting a good vac signal. So now i'm going to take 0-5v input route.

thanks.
now one more question instructions say:
If using the 0-5 V connect the blue to the +5v input(Which is the Green correct?),connect the small black to the Ground wire of the 0-5v input( What wire it that the black one on the tB DBW?) Or can I just ground that wire.

Yes, Blue to Green. Either option mentioned will probably work for the black wire.

Actual throttle range is roughly .5 - 3.9V. WOT= 3.9V
