2002 Sierra Denali high RPM issues

I’m going to say it was a clogged/dirty fuel filter.
Rail pressure should have been 58 psi, and if you already had low power and stuggled to get to high
RPM’s that is mostly what was restricting the high rpm power. After changing the filter would have given full force from the pump.
