Default 2001 Silverado 1500 Heater Blend Door actuator

I have a 01 Silverado with the basic AC/heater system, no degrees listed with numbers. Standard cab, no rear heater or anything. It is getting cold here in So Cal where highs will be in the low 60s and lows in the 50s so I am about to do my heater core. While it is out there is an actuator that needs to be removed right above the core. I see so many actuators listed and they don't really say where they go. A few years ago I replaced the one you can get to from under the dash. Anyways, anyone know the part number for the upper one?

6. Is the defrost, vents, floor actuator (directs air where needed)

4. Right temp blend door

2. Vent (recirculation) actuator

5. Left temp blend door (signal system temperature actuator)

Thank you. That helps. I have an issue with mine where if I leave the settings on blow to the upper seat it works fine. If I change it to blow on your feet or anything else nothing happens for 3 or 3 times that I start and stop the engine, then it will change. I might as well replace all of them since I have 250k miles.

Yeah #6 actuator commands where the air is delivered.

One of my (late) friends #6 actuator went out and didn't want to spend any money to fix it. The truck was from New Jersey and was a banged up rust bucket given to him. Ran great but had seen better days. In the winter I would reach up under the dash and pull the white gear away so I could direct the heat on the glass for defrost/heat. In the summer I would flip it back to the vents for a/c so the glass wouldn't get fogged up.

Photo two years before he passed away at 73 years old. He could work circles around men half his age! We just picked up the core engine for my truck (2017) you can see how beat up his 05 Sierra was.
