I just bought a 2000 chev. Z71 5.3. Im going to go through and change all fluids, wanted to see what yalls recommendations might be.

What weight oil for the front and rear diff?
What to run in the transfer case?
Whats the easiest way to tell what transfer case I have? It is push button.

I Am an Amsoil dealer so ill be running Amsoil oil.

Stay with the 75W90 in the front and rear diff.

You need to look up your RPO codes in the glove box to see what you truck was built with. NP1 and NP8 are the normal ones to find. NP1 is a NP263 and NP8 is NVG246.
