1000 rwhp 4WD Sierra
Hi,
I want to build a 800 rwhp (+1000 rwhp with racing fuel) 1999 GMC 4WD sierra, I use the car mostly for street with AC. I know that this thing would cost me a lot of money and time.
There are some problems that afraid of them, for example, overheat, temperatures in the summer come close to 50 Celsius(= 122 degrees Fahrenheit). I wanna reach the max power for daily use without having problems such as over heat. Although I want to use nitrous & racing fuel in drag races. The fuel we have here in our country is 91, 95 and 98 octane.
So, I need your help and advice, I want to order a long block but I'm lost. I'm thinking about TSP or Thompson Motorsports what do you think?

What is your advice??
And the transmission , what do you think, I'm thinking to change it to 4l80E ??
4L80E Transmission 4WD, 4L80E Xtreme, 4L80-E, 4L80, Super Duty Xtreme 4L80E, Rebuild 4L80E, Monster 4L80E Transmission, 4L80E Free Shipping
4L80E ? Jake?s Performance
4L80e L6
4L80ERossler Transmissions Inc
M&M Transmission ? Race winning reliability?. Record setting technology!
About the turbo, I'm thinking of On3 turbo kits
1999-06 Chevy/GMC 1500 / 2500 Silverado & Sierra Truck Single Turbo System | On3Performance
I will upgrade the turbo to 88mm or 84mm, and I will use a nitrous in track with racing fuel like c16.
At first I will finish the important stuff and then I will consider the remaining stuff like fuel system, intake and other stuff.
Thank guys, and Im really need your help and advice

I have a gauge for that

If I were you I would go ahead and consider the budget, you are going to need 20-25k USD to reliably do what you want not including cost of the truck.
For the engine, I would call Brian at LME in Houston. For the trans, I would go with an 80e rossler and for the turbo kit I would recommend TrickTurbo or KBRacing (both are sponsors here).

On3 performance would be the worst choice for a turbo setup.
Contact Trick performance or KB racing to set you up with a quality turbo system. You pay more but you will not regret the outcome in power and quality of the parts you are using.
A 4L80e is the only thing that will handle this type of power, 90% of it will be useless anyway. You'll be blowing tires off on the street like it's your job.
Monster transmission are something I'd never use. Jakes or Rossler are good to use.
Don't forget about the rear end, new diff for sure or swap for a stronger rear.
Dual Walbro 450's, maybe some 100lbs/hr injectors or similar, fuel rail, large feed line.

He wants a street truck with A/C. Not a drag vehicle. And it needs to be reliable in 120F temps.
I'd start with an LSX 427. Best heads you can afford. Most C.I. to limit the amount of boost needed (less heat).
Buy the most robust 4l80e and torque converter you can afford. TCI flexplate.
Built driveshaft with solid spicer 1350s, built rear end
It's going to need a very robust cooling system, ECTs should be kept in the 160s-170s when boosting.
Tuning software/robust tune and high quality fuel at all times.
Good fuel system (pump, lines, injectors, rails, etc) is all a given.
KB/Trick turbo kit is a given. Custom would be better. I do not believe the wastegate setups on these standard kits is good, but that's my own opinion.
Need all high quality gauges and sensors. I would personally do a Holley EFI system, although the factory PCM is quite capable in the right hands.
All that being said, I cannot condone this degree of a turbo setup for a DD! Sitting in 100+ degree rush hour traffic with the A/C blasting, I was always wondering what was going to melt down/catch on fire.

Hi,
thanks all for your replays. Till now I think I will stay with TPS, about the turbo what do you think about
http://www.shop.trickperformanceproducts.com/Stage-6-Hotpipe-kit99-13-Stage-6-Hot-pipe-kit.htm
For fuel system I will use dual Walbro 450's and ID1000 injector. Does Rossler offers 4wd 4l80 trans?
my budget around 25k
