Question 07 Classic Silverado Reluctor Wheel?

I have done research on this all day and ran across mixed opinions from different posts. From my knowledge the 03-07 classic share the same 24x reluctor wheel even though the 58x came out in 2006. Is this correct? Getting ready to put the motor together and would love to know before it's too late. My truck is a 2007 RCSB v6 going to a v8.
Thanks!

The 58X came out earlier in applications that were not a pickup truck. The 58X wheel was introduced in the pickups with the GMT900 body style. If you have a "classic" 07 model year truck it's still 24X.

You can also tell by looking for the cam sensor in the timing cover, that will be a 58x crank wheel, there is also the crank sensor color method on the side of the block they will be either gray/white/black I think. Just google that it will come right up

Thanks for all of the replies!
I have a 4l80e lq4 4x4 harness, would I be better off buying a 4l60e harness or is it easy to modify the one I already have?
If I remember right, two of the pins would need to be swapped and there is an extra speed sensor. Not sure how that would work with a 4l60e.

This should help

https://www.performancetrucks.net/fo...g-swap-413157/

It is super simple to modify the factory 60e harness.

Thanks a ton! I will probably have to go from reverse order.
My truck is a 2wd with the V6 with 4l60e going to a v8. I had the harness from the 4x4 4l80e laying around though. After looking through the guide I should be able to repin I though and run it with the v8 4l60e 2wd .

Just sell that 4x4 harness and pick up a v8 2wd harness, either will work. Just make sure you get the correct pcm connector color ends
