yes, its a straight swap. There are some litle brackets for the fender that I believe are different.

The frame horns are different between 99-02 and 03+ if your using the 03+ bumper


LMC makes an adapter to attach the 03+ on the 99-02 trucks.

An adapter??? The ones shown above are replacement ends for after a crash.

You will also need fender's if going from a 99-02 to an 03 style frontend if its Chevrolet.

Works to install an 03+ bumper to the 99-02 GMT800 trucks... call it what you will but were they used to install an 03+ bumper (frontend) conversion in an article from TruckTrend Network. Had this bookmarked, came to mind after reading OP's question.

Ok, whats funny? An 03 chevrolet has the cat eye frontend and the headlights will not fit 99-02 fenders. Or are you implying to a GMC frontend? You have me confused now.

Basically whole front end. Worked at a body shop for a little who did this swap. needs new frame horns, new bumper, fenders, hood, grille, headlights. Easy swap just some Money.
