03-06 center console radio control pocket

Does anyone know the part number for a pocket where the radio controls usually go? Every diagram I see online shows the radio controls as standard with the console. But then I saw this on eb@y 03 04 05 06 Chevy Silverado GMC Sierra 1500 2500 3500 Center Console Rear Panel | eBay with a pocket there that looks original (though held in place by staples). Does anyone know more about this? I'd like to get one of those pockets and get rid of the radio controls.

Are you looking for parts for it?

CashDudeHomie Oct 25, 2012 02:15 AM

Thanks for the link.

That's the only part I need. I have a regular cab, so no need for controls back there.

Mine has a number on it on the rear. It's part number 15189381.

GM parts direct shows it as a Compartment and it's $15.32.

And if you want to finish it the little rubbery insert that sits in it is part number 15070482

Correlates to parts # 29 and #30 on the GMPD link

Wait a sec 15189391 is coming up as a valve for an SSR when I search it.

1994Vmax Oct 25, 2012 12:58 PM

It's 15189381, not 391.

Thanks again!

Does anyone know the part number for the front mount? I see it included on a lot of eb** listings, but the part number is too small to read. Or do I even need it?
