WTB: 5.3L intake manifold and throttle body
 

Hey everyone, I am going to be taking the supecharger off of my 05 crew cab and putting it back to stock. I was looking to see if anyone has a stock intake manifold with fuel rails and injectors and possibly even a throttle body that would work on a 2005 Chevy truck with the 5.3. I am somewhat confused as to the differences between some of the fuel rails,systems, and returnless fuel systems that are on some earlier manifolds. So just any words of wisdom would also be appreciated.

You need a returnless fuel rail setup. The throttle body you used with your sc will work on the stock intake unless you did the 90mm jtube upgrade. An intake from any year GEN III truck will work but you will need the returnless fuel rail setup if its got an 03 or older rail setup.

99-03 has return fuel rail...04+ is returnless.

I think I still have an intake. I will check in the garage. Is there a difference between a 03 intake and a 05? I have injectors also. They were working perfect on my truck i just changed to a 42 lb injector. The fuel rails i have are for return system. I will go locate both items and get back to you in a while.

Is your throttle body drive by wire or cable?

I have the entire setup injectors,manifold,fuel rail, ported throttle body had 86k on them ill take 120 shipped. It came off a '05 L33 5.3

I've got an intake with injectors and returnless style fuel rail. Its from an 05 that had around 40K miles. I'll take 60.00 shipped. I've got some pics of it also if your interested.
