long story short, i put a 2006 5.3 in my 2001 burban and did not take the egr off the old motor and put it on the new one. The 06's dont have EGR. I live an CA and the Smog ****'s say i must have an egr regardless what year the motor is.

SO, Anyone down to trade me an egr setup for a non egr setup. You must not in CA or not have to have it to pass smog.

I would like to swap someone, INTAKE MANIFOLD, PASS EXHAUST MANIFOLD AND EGR WITH TUBES. My non egr setup has 30k miles on and is mint condition. I will send you my, INTAKE MANIFOLD, PASS MANIFOLD WITH NO EGR SETUP. You will get an engine light unless you have the EGR removed from your PCM via Tuning or dealer

I am hoping we can do this for free as it will cost us both about $40 in shipping and some down time on our vehicles.

I believe I have a complete extra setup, stock exhaust manifold, intake, and the egr pipes from my 01 5.3 from when I did my 6.0 swap, Id be willing to swap you straight up for your non egr, I want to go non egr on my 6.0 anyway
