Its very streetable.... A 3000 is considered mild streetable...... Its a great converter.... Perfect for the everyday drive and at the track... Not too much...
My buddy has a 3000 and his streetability is awesome..... Not Really much different except when on the highway....when he hits the gas just a little it unlocks.... But nothing you cant deal with

just currious if you've installed it on your truck. tci web site says the application of part # of 242800 is for 1993-1997 GM 4L60E & 1997-up GM 4L60E C5 Corvette.
and part # for 242938 is for 1998-up GM 4L60E F-body LS1 applications; 1999-up GM 4L60E/4L65E trucks w/ 4.8, 5.3, 6.0 engines.
