Does this allow more air to flow then the 02 5.3 truck intake?

Stock is 78 mm and the TBSS is 90 mm. The TBSS from what I saw was the best compromise over stock and the LS6 intake at making midrange

So the cabel tb will fit on this intake also?

You will have to buy a 4 bolt FAST 90 or something like that
