definetely interested in this cam. were you going to use 7.4 hardened pushrods. I have a stock z06 cam with yellow springs and zo6 pushrods. not sure if its gonna be good enough to run with this cam.

yes 7.4 harden push rods are a must
and Ls6 springs wont work with this cam because of the aggressive ramp rate

you are more than welcome to try,but thunder advised me not to because of the aggressive ramp rate of the lobe
Rather be safe than ruin a good cam.

i would not put ls6 springs on 581 lift cam . .. . . go atleast PAC or new design 918's

LsxCody 06-13-2009 03:14 PM

Its a .551 lift cam

coryhussey 06-14-2009 10:37 AM

yeah im not too sure if this cam will work with my stock z06 pushrods and springs. Might need to upgrade to 918' and 7.4 hardened pushrods. may have to pass right now on the cam.

grey matter 04 06-14-2009 04:41 PM

you should buy it and set it aside for later
325 for a brand new cam,u cant beat that!

grey matter 04 06-16-2009 12:36 PM

nobody wants a 220 cam?
