How many miles on the 4l60e converter? And how old is the wideband?

Wide band was installed 3/20/17 and has about 5,000 miles on it.

Torque converter was nice but upgraded to 4l80 when I added more power. It has about 5,000 miles as well and has been covered with fluid in it since I pulled it out.

I'm guessing that is a 278mm with a stock front cover?
