Procharger P-1SC 99-07 Kit $1600

Get blown for about $2 grand! I have a mostly complete 1999-2007 Classic Body Style Procharger P-1SC kit. Just pick up an eBay Front Mounted Intercooler and some 3" piping/silicone couplers and elbows, a used set of 42lb injectors and a pump and your ready to tune you way to 450+ RWHP. I was going to pick up the pieces and post it but since clutch fan trucks (99-04) and electric fan trucks (2005-2007) require different parts, I decided to post it as is. I will give the buyer a list of the remaining 3" tubing/couplers/elbows they will need to complete the kit.

As you can see, this is a single idler pulley design so this kit is less than 2 years old. It was installed on a 2004 SS Silverado and made 10 lbs of boost with the 3.60" included pulley. The entire kit has less than 10k miles on it.

$1600 plus shipping (looking at 2 boxes and about 50 lbs).

Thanks for looking, Rick

the 3.60 pulley would that still make 10lbs on a 4.8 or would it make more boost?

It would make more boost on a 4.8. You can do a search in the Forced Induction section or give Procharger a call on Monday for the right size pulley for 10lbs on a 4.8. My uneducated guess would be 12-13lbs. With the lower compression on most 4.8's, that would probably be fine with a good tune. I put 20k miles @ 10lbs on a 6.0l on my last procharger kit but it had an excellent tune.

Used pulleys go for around $50 and this 3.60" is a popular upgrade size so it would be easy to sell if you felt so inclined.

Thanks for the interest, Rick

I've had a few pm's asking if I have any pictures of the kit installed on clutch fan or electric fan trucks. The pictures below are installs I've done on my own truck that are cluth fan (2003) or electric fan (2004) and a couple photos of the FMIC that are the same for either install (obviously my truck has the electric fans in both sets of pictures). The only difference is the connection to the Throttle Body. The clutch fan shroud would make it too tight to run the 90 degree sweep.

-2003 clutch fan install style:

2004+ Electric Fan install:

This is a 12x24x3 FMIC but you have to notch the bumper mounts. The 12x27x3 that I would recomend mounts the same way and fits between the bumper mounts (no notching required). The FMIC install is the same for all years:

IMO, the 2004 flows better but the -2003 style works for all years.

Hope that answers a few questions,
Rick
