Ok, finally got a pic of it. The spots are dust and water from sitting outside. The cutouts are not in the same position as stock RST cutouts, RSTs tips are positioned outside of the framerails, I put the cutouts to the inside of the framerails because I was running a dynomax bullet before each RST tip and needed the room.
