these are ceramic coated? is jet hot the same thing? Im interested as are a lot of people, this would fit my 03 ss 6.0?

The headers are indeed ceramic coated from the manufacturer, you could get additional information on their website. They will fit an 03 ss 6.0 with just a block off plate for the egr, which would be very simple.
